Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.
  • Surgeshop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Surgeshop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility.

Surgeshop is not liable for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier-related delays
  • Delays caused by weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
